It is jointly owned by six founding members, who have put up equal amounts of equity investment into the company.

Coreen is a Resourceful Property Coordinator with 5 years of
Facility Management background. She is committed to providing quality service in all facets of Property Management. Highly motivated with a solid work ethic. Maintains strong attention to detail while employing professionalism and superior communication skills to meet client needs.

Managing Partner
Kathryn brings 10 years of experience in the finance industry. Kathryn has
built relationships with local community banks and initiative-based community-investment companies Kathryn holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance
program from Southern New Hampshire University.

Managing Partner
Marie brings over a decade of real estate investment, development, operations, and leasing experience. She works on all aspects of the development life cycle including financing and closing large mixed income
multifamily rental and ownership communities. She is an active member of several non-profit boards including the Builders of Color Coalition.
